"I am so happy to have a Harold's out west!! A Southside native and Harold's connoisseur I have not been disappointed. The store is clean, bright and inviting. The menu is full, and not limited. Every item I've ordered has been in stock. The food has been fresh, hot and not refried. They also have steaked and filleted catfish!! Authentic. The customer service team has been pleasant and friendly. They are also open late!! Everything I've experienced has been positive. While parking can be limited, I have been able to pull right up with no issues. I highly recommend!!"

"Hello Everyone,Family & Fellow Shackers today when I stood in line (3 people) Jordan let Me know he'll be with Me shortly saying just 5 more mins...Hmmm? That's the Great Customer services since he remembers my previous 7 orders & he already dropped my Pizza puffs !!! So I wasn't Late to work!! And Yess I tipped Him Good for that!¡! $$$"
